- Payment Policy - Credit Card Only
- Payment is by credit card only (MC, Visa, Discover, Amex). Curtis believes that your privacy is of utmost importance, and has employed the most up-to-date technology available in developing this dynamic data base driven e-commerce site. All credit card transactions are processed through secured servers which encrypt all ordering information, such as your name and credit card number, so that it cannot be read in transit. Your credit card is charged only when your order is shipped. All orders are processed assuming that they will be shipped complete. However, back orders do occur, and these items will be shipped as they are available.

- Shipping Information
- FedEx Shipments:
Items that meet the weight and dimension criteria for FedEx will be shipped via FedEx. All FedEx charges will be prepaid and added to your total invoice accordingly. FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box so please include a physical street address for prompt delivery. Authorized Dealers may inquire about freight rate estimates at 1-800-343-7676. - Truck Shipments:
Many items are shipped via FedEx, however, the size and weight of some items requires a specific trucking carrier to be used. In these cases our Curtis traffic dept. will professionally search out the quickest, cheapest and safest method for your situation. The freight will be shipped "Freight Prepaid" and added to your total invoice accordingly. If you have a preferred method of transportation please specify in writing at the time of order. Otherwise, all shipments will be coordinated by the Curtis traffic dept. You may inquire about freight rate estimates @ 1-800-343-7676. - Please allow at least 20 business days for delivery before calling on order status. If you have an order inquiry or a problem upon receiving your merchandise, call toll-free 1-800-343-7676.
- Shortage - Damaged Goods
- If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, notify the carrier and us at once. Please do not return damaged or broken merchandise to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim. All claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made within ten days of invoice date.
- Return Procedure
- Call for Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA #). No returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid reason - and only with our prior authorization. Upon receipt of merchandise, a credit will be applied to your credit card. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any returns unless Curtis is at fault.
